1. Description of Services 303 Shock Services provides high-performance replacement parts, rebuild kits, valves, bushings, and accessories for shock absorbers (including brands such as Fox, King, ICON, and others). We may also offer related services such as shock rebuilding or technical support. All products are sold "as is" unless otherwise specified in a separate warranty.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration To access certain features (e.g., placing orders, tracking shipments), you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees will be added at checkout.
  • We accept all major credit cards
  • Payment must be received in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

5. Shipping and Delivery Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen events. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations 

303shocks does not accept any returns. All sales are final, please order accordingly.

In the rare case there is a return, a 30% restock fee will apply.

We do not offer refunds for services already performed (e.g., rebuilds) unless the work was defective.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers Our products come with any manufacturer warranties where applicable. We provide no additional express warranties beyond those stated on the product page or in the packaging.

ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our parts will fit every application or that performance will meet your expectations. Off-road and high-performance use involves inherent risks—proper installation, maintenance, and use are your responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, 303 Shock Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.).

9. Intellectual Property All content on the Site (text, images, logos, product descriptions, etc.) is owned by or licensed to 303 Shock Services and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
