Shipping policy

At 303 Shock Services, we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Our goal is to get your high-performance shock parts, rebuild kits, valves, bushings, and accessories out the door fast so you can get back on the trail or track.
1. Order Processing Time
- Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order (often the same day if placed early enough).
- We ship Monday – Friday. Orders placed after our cutoff time (typically 2:00 PM Mountain Time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or requires special preparation (e.g., custom valving or rebuild services), we will notify you promptly with an updated estimated ship date.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We primarily use reliable carriers such as:
- UPS Ground (most common for domestic shipments)
- USPS Priority Mail (for smaller/lighter packages)
- Other options (FedEx, etc.) may be available at checkout depending on destination and package size/weight.
For larger or heavier items (e.g., complete shock absorbers or multiple kits), freight shipping may apply. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:
- Your shipping address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
- We do not offer free shipping at this time, but we always look for the most cost-effective option that balances speed and price.
- Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping (e.g., 2-day or next-day) if available.
4. Delivery Estimates
- Domestic (Contiguous U.S.): Most orders arrive in 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and your location.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Longer delivery times and higher costs may apply. Expect 5–10+ business days.
- International Orders: We ship worldwide when possible. Delivery times vary greatly (typically 7–21+ business days). You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any brokerage charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control.
5. Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or your account on 303shockservices.com.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
7. Backorders and Pre-Orders
If an item is on backorder, we will notify you of the expected restock date. You may cancel the order at any time before it ships.
8. Risk of Loss
All shipments are insured for the value of the order during transit. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed over to the carrier.
9. International Shipping & Duties
For orders outside the United States:
- We are not responsible for any customs delays, seizures, or additional fees.
- You agree to comply with all import laws and regulations of your country.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect any changes. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
